Large flat central Hove 30 seconds from seafront

Large double room in a lower ground floor flat. Share large front room, separate kitchen and bathroom. The flat has access to the garden. Located in central Hove under a minute walk to beach. A forty minute stroll to the center of Brighton, or close to bus stop with frequent buses into the city. All bills are included and have Now TV and Netflix. I'm a very easy going, but do expect a flatmate to put in their share of of keeping the place clean and tidy!
The kitchen is fully equipped from blenders to spice grinders. Seymour a 6 year old super friendly cat also lives here.
