Hello! I'm looking for someone to share my lovely home :)
I have a west facing double room available. It did include a king sized bed (in photo) which I have sold but can buy another bed if needed), fitted wardrobe and sofa. Broadband, electricity, water, council tax.
There's a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. The flat is 1 minute from the seafront, a 15 minute walk into town and 20-25 minutes to Brighton and Hove train stations.
Happy to consider a short tenancy to begin with with a 1 month notice period.
It's owned by my parents but I would be the acting landlord. I’m currently in France and will be back 15th November- 28th December and will then be back in France for a while.
I am pretty laid back person who loves the ocean, board sports, running, Asian cooking and am a bit of a recycling freak! I love travelling, I speak French and also have a small jewellery business.
