The flat is light, airy and spacious, and the available room is a large double, unfurnished except for a wardrobe.

I love this flat, it's a period building with huge windows so it's really bright, all the rooms are a good size (there's also a spare 3rd bedroom) and a recently refurbished bathroom (with bath) and kitchen.

It's on a quiet mews street with a lovely community feel, a ten minute walk to the sea, round the corner from Hove station and about thirty minutes walk into the centre of Brighton.

Hoping to find a housemate who is tidy and considerate, if you're also a creative type that would be a bonus.

You'll be sharing with one other tenant, me - I'm a poet, creative writing teacher, sporty type (I like to run, sea swim and I do yoga in the sitting room most mornings around 8am). When I'm in the flat I'm usually baking or watching a boxset.
