Double room available in great area

Hey! We are looking for someone to fill one of the double rooms in our flat just by St Anns Well Gardens.

The location is great - you are 5 mins walk from the beach/ Western Road, 10 mins from 7 dials and 15/20 mins into town, but it is still nice and quiet!

The room is unfurnished mostly, but can come with a wardrobe if you need it.

One of us works full time Monday to Friday at a tech company and one of us works at a coffee place in Palmeira Square.

We're pretty chilled out people, would like to live with someone who is friendly, open-minded and has a good sense of humour! It is by no means a party house but we do occasionally like to have a couple of drinks in the lounge or go to the pub, so would ideally be looking for someone with a similar lifestyle to us. We want someone who is going to be a new friend, not just a housemate.

We prefer people not to smoke in the house, there is a balcony you can use if you need to!

Rent is £500 a month, with bills brings it to around £600.
