Single/Double room in quiet family home

Females preferred, sorry guys! I can replace the single bed with a double bed if u prefer. To share with working mum and 13 year old daughter. We also have a one eared rescue dog called Bertie who is very gentle! Would like to find a kind housemate who is happy with their own space but also likes to have a cuppa and some food sometimes too. Eco friendly but not veggie. Short term is optional longer term welcome. Student Room newly carpeted and cosy, shared bathroom and kitchen with me and the tween.
