Small, sunny, double in 3 bed flatshare nr 7 Dials

Hello, we’re Laura and Logan, 39/30 year old professionals in search of a new flatmate. I have been living in the flat for 10 years, and Logan has been here for a year and a half. We consider it home and it’s a chilled and friendly flatshare where we can come together and relax.

The flat is situated in Hove, close to the Seven Dials area and just 2 minutes from the beautiful St Anne's Wells Park and 15 minutes from the beach! We have convenience stores, cafes and pubs just a short walk away and the flat is on the main no. 7 bus route. It's a 20 minute walk to Brighton station and if you have a car, we’re in Zone O, permits are very easy to obtain at £130 a year, no waiting lists.

Although the smallest room in the flat, it comfortably fits a double bed and desk, and there are built in shelves for clothes and storage. It’s south facing so is nice and bright and features double glazed windows.

We have a large living room and a good-sized kitchen with ample cupboard space, washing machine and separate Freezer. We rent privately, so there are no agency fees however, £420 for deposit would be required upfront and you will be asked for 2 references ideally one from your current landlord. There is a minimum let of 6 months on the room and it’s available from the 6th of October.

A little about us…we enjoy travel, sea swims, cycling, photography, music, film, theatre and the arts and we enjoy going out to enjoy the many pubs, gigs, cafes and general creativity that Brighton has to offer. We like to socialise and always up for a chat over a cuppa or a cheeky pint or three. We're both sociable but evenings and weekends in the flat are generally pretty chilled, so if it's a party house you are after, then this place may not be for you. 

We are looking to share with an easy-going, considerate and friendly professional. It's a non-smoking flat, Vegetarians/vegans preferred, although this is not a deal breaker by any means.
