1 double bedroom available in Hove Poets Corner

I am relocating to London for a new job so my room is becoming available in this homely house in Hove. Located in the pretty Poets Corner area we are a 12 minute walk from Hove station with a bus stop at the end of the road. A Co-Op is 5 mins away and a big Tesco a 15 minute walk. The sea is only a 15 minute walk down the road! There are many good pubs nearby and most recently an amazing coffee shop 44 Poets has opened just 2 minutes away.

You will be living with 5 other housemates all twenty somethings who are all chilled. Everyone has different jobs and routines meaning the bathrooms and kitchen never get too busy. The house is over 3 floors, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. We have a small roof terrace which gets lots of sun during the day.

The room available is on the 2nd floor and comes with a large double wardrobe (great storage!) Bed is not included although the frame could be negotiated but you would need to provide your own mattress. We have a cleaner that comes once a week to clean all communal areas meaning the house never gets too dirty and it takes pressure off all of us.

The rent for the room is £460 per month which includes all bills, the cleaners fee, WiFi, Council tax and use of house Netflix and Amazon prime on the house TV. There is a deposit of £500.

We are a sociable house but respect each other’s space. We had a house Christmas dinner and have had a few meals out together. We have no preference for male or female but would like a professional preferably in their twenties.
