We have high speed unlimited broadband from Sky. Broadband, water, gas and electric bills are not included in the price quoted. Bills are currently £220 per month.

There is a small garden at the front where we have apple trees and a rosemary bush as well as a selection of flowers.

We have permit parking on the street (and no waiting list) but free parking just 2 streets away.

There is a railway station at the end of the road and bus links to Brighton, and the west are just minutes away.

Just a few minutes away is a wide range of shops (for pretty much everything you need on a day to day basis) in the next street.

We are also just minutes from the sea and Hove Lagoon.
