FRANCESCA (Current House-mate Rep) Says : "We are a friendly bunch in our late 20's and 30's, who are sociable but respectful of each other and our individual need for space and quiet etc….
We enjoy socialising together, watching a bit of telly, like the summer when we like to have a barbecue in our garden, and using the beach opposite our house. There are both males and females in the house but it never feels crowded as our home is very large in that it has spacious communal and personal areas. We are quite a creative, working bunch and do like the odd knee’s up when we can.
We love our home and garden and have done lots to make it a nice place to live, so we would be looking for someone like minded. We do have a rota system for cleaning to make things fair.
The house itself consists of a large communal living room, a lovely kitchen with all amenities, two bathrooms, separate toilet and a garden.
At the moment we have two cats (so animal lovers preferred) and some people do smoke!
We are a little out of town on lovely Hove seafront, however its nice and quiet with our own drive, so free parking, a 15 min cycle into town along the cycle path and plenty of buses into town. trains 10 mins. Free parking"
