The price includes rent and all bills except gas and electricity. The room's massive and the whole flat is very light, airy and spacious.
Situated 2 minutes from the seafront, 5 minutes from Aldrington train station and with a bus stop right outside to hop into town.
Local amenities are close with a cafe, deli, off license, barbers and newsagent a stone's throw away.
I'm a Digital Content Manager by day and like to write in my spare time. Looking for a chilled out housemate, probably a professional but open to mature students too.
Happy to consider couples, the room’s certainly big enough. But it will mean an increase in rent so as to cover the additional bills etc.
