I am looking for a professional or a PhD student. It would be perfect for commuters too. The flat is at the back of the building on the first floor and is very bright and light with morning sun.
I am looking for a responsible tenant who is looking for a home rather than a party house. Even though the pictures show the flat furnished, it will be rented out unfurnished. However, the current tenant would sell some of the furniture (different ones than in the pictures), if wanted.😉



Location: Denmark Villas, Hove (4 mins walk to Hove Station; Buses within 5 mins walking distance: 2, 5, 5A, 5B, 7,21, 21A, 25, 25X, 95A,)



Rent: GBP 950 (excluding bills)



Deposit: GBP 1.187(it says a different amount on the ad - unfortunately, I was not able to change it but it is GBP 1.187).



Minimum Contract: 6 months



Unfortunately, it also does not reflect the following correctly in the ad (I cannot change it):

It says couples accepted but it is single occupancy, only.



Private Landlady, no contract fees etc. however, references required.
