I have a double bedroom in my lovely bright, newly decorated 1st floor Hove Seafront apartment. It is close to amenities and available for a minimum 6-month term on a single occupancy basis only. There will be one other lodger and me (the owner), a friendly outdoor type professional who commutes out of Brighton every day. I'm looking for someone easy going, not too noisy or untidy and who probably works the same hours.
The room is unfurnished with an option as furnished.
All bills included and rent also includes household cleaning products and consumables (e. g. light bulbs, bleach, washing up liquid, toilet paper, kitchen roll, and foil). The communal areas of the apartment will be cleaned by myself.
The apartment, situated on Western Lawns just to the West of Hove Lawns, is within walking distance of Aldrington & Hove station and Church Road, and there is a bus stop close on Kingsway.
Rent is for the bedroom, shared modern kitchen with brand new appliances (dual fuel cooker, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and large fridge freezer), bathroom (shower, no bath) and separate toilet. The room is a good size at 4 x 2.5m and has a built-in wardrobe.
There is superfast broadband, a combi boiler (always warm and never run out of hot water). Just 30 seconds from Hove beach. Would suit a professional person who likes going to the beach. There is a lift as well as stairs.
You would need to apply for a resident parking permit (zone R) but there is free parking 5 mins walk away.
