Permit parking available. 5 minutes by bus to Portslade station and a direct train to Victoria. Short walk from the sea and Hove beach, cafes, padel courts, volleyball, pubs and shops nearby.

Clean and friendly family home with one adult and one happy ginger cat. We have shared our home with lodgers or students for 15 years now, and really enjoy meeting new people.

Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all mod cons. WiFi and TV. Deck, BBQ and nice garden.

The rent includes utility bills (Gas, electricity, water, high-speed wireless internet) and a cleaner is provided for the communal areas of the house. Council tax payable unless you are a student.

No smoking in the house or garden.
