Small 2 bed flat - 2 minutes walk from the seafront. You would be living with me and my cat - I am a single professional female.

£700 per month - bills included.

The room has a single bed, desk, chair and large chest of draws (no wardrobe).

I work full time - 4 days will be working from home from the lounge (so unfortunately the lounge will not be available during this time).

It's a quiet flat where I go out to socialise and I don't have anyone staying over (I would want my flatmate to do the same).
