Me and my housemate Jack are looking for someone to move in to the third room in our shared house by 1st May
It is a lovely & modern 3 bedroom house in Poets Corner, Hove. The house is furnished with furniture apart from the bedroom so you would only need stuff for your room. We also have a little garden.
Bills come to around £140 a month on top of the rent of £500.
I’m a 32 year old working in Business Development at American Express and my housemate Jack is 27 & a primary school teacher
The landladies require a professional tenant who can provide references.
We are renting direct with two lovely landlady’s so there is no agency fees! Bonus 🥳
We’re both really chilled and friendly and we’re looking for someone who would fit well into that kind of relaxed atmosphere - no preference on gender.
