I am currently looking for a professional male or female to rent my spare room. 3/4 mins walk to Hove station. 10 mins walk to Church Rd and 15 mins walk to the sea front.

My property is furnished and has 2 double bedrooms, 1 x bathroom, 1 x separate shower room, kitchen and lounge.

The room to rent is currently unfurnished, but I could put a double bed in if so required. It has has 2 ‘floor to ceiling’ cupboards providing plenty of storage.

I have Virgin media XXL package (incl Sky Sports) with the fastest broadband package.

Plenty of street parking is available with a council permit.

Rent is £625 pcm with all utility bills included. This will also include a professional cleaner. I will also require a deposit of £625. No fees though!

Me...I’m in my 40’s so my party days are over but I do enjoy a pint and would be looking for someone similar. I’m not too worried about age, so 30-50 ish....just as long as we get on!

I’m an ex smoker and don’t mind if you smoke, as long as it’s outside...
