Comfortable Hove Double Room on good bus routes

Hi There,

I am the owner of a flat on Hove Seafront. I live on my own and so I am letting out my spare room which is "Double" size.

The room is very well equipped:-
A cupboard and chest of drawers for clothes
An very comfortable easy chair for relaxation and
a desk and chair if you are working from home

Broadband and all other bills are included.

My flat is very convenient for buses to all parts of Brighton and Hove, with the 700 passing outside my door, and the 1, 1a 1x and 6 passing 250 metres up the road.

There is a parade of shops about 7 minutes walk away, and a big Tescos, 10-15 minutes walk away

For people who are at the Universities, the journey time is about 45 minutes.

I am reducing the cost to £160 per week till 1st January

Sorry but I prefer to share with men and prefer not much older than 38

The room is available from November 24th unless by special arrangement

I enjoy sharing with people who are from outside UK and I have no problem with LBGTQ applicants
