Double room available in central hove flat

Hey there
I’m moving out soon due to financial changes and I need someone to take my room! It’s a double room in a 3 bed house with two other tenants; one male and one female. They are both vegan but I am not and it isn’t a requirement to be! Very easy going chilled household. We like to be social but we also understand personal space so it works well. Currently we have one dog on the property but he won’t be with us much longer so it will eventually be a pet free home but the landlord is open to speaking about animals on the property if this is something you need. Smaller kitchen but has all amenities needed like a washer, fridge, pots and pans etc. We also have a back patio garden which is spacious and does get used a lot!
