Two chilled female professionals are looking for a nice flatmate to share a rented 3 bedroom flat near the Sea in central Hove. (I am the 3rd flatmate and moving out because I have to go back to my country, otherwise I wouldn't leave this beautiful place!).

The room: a lovely small double with extra storage in a spacious, modern, and bright flat in a sought after area. Available furnished. All double glazed & balcony from the lounge, good quality kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and other mod cons.

The location: 5 min from the Sea and 10 min walk from Hove train station. 24/7 bus service only 2 minutes walk away. On-street parking in the road, parking permit zone N. If you have a bike the building has storage available for a small fee per month.

The new tenant: Looking for someone preferably long term, 1 year fixed contract with the agency (No fees). However this time the contract can run until August (as you would be taking over from mine). References from employment (ideally in full time work) and landlord before the start of the tenancy are required and checked by the agency.

The price: £540/pm incl. all bills (sustainable electricity & gas, council tax, high-speed broadband, TV licence) + £546 deposit.

The flatmates: open minded, respectful, relaxed female flatmates in their late 30’s who like to keep their home cosy, clean, with positive friendly vibes. They treat their home as somewhere to rest and chill rather than a party place.

One of them has been working in the creative industry (digital design, print, marketing), now stepping into photo&videography. Outdoorsy person, love her camera, regular ashtanga practices, beach cleans, mountain biking, watersports, travelling & adventures.

The other flatmate works in NHS hospitality and she loves walking, travelling, socializing with friends, shopping and cooking good food.
