Self contained room with patio and en suite

This pleasent accomodation comprises of a small annex double bedroom with ensuite and patio. It is ideal for contract workers needing a peaceful space to live in during the week.

The following are provided: double bed, armchair, shelves, table, lamp, mirror, microwave, convection oven/grill, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, bed linen and towels. TV/DVD/video and Wi Fi available too. There is a relatively new ensuite (comrising shower, loo and basin). Each weekend the accomodation will be cleaned and hoovered and fresh linen will be provided. Access is from a locked side gate via private patio area with patio table and chairs, where smoking is permitted. Parking is free but with a restriction between 10 - 11am and 7 - 8pm. There is unlimited free parking a few streets away. Cat lovers only need apply - they wont be sharing with you but they will be roaming and chilling outside!!
