Gorgeous little room in a friendly shared arty house in 7Dials. We are looking for another independent, friendly and considerate person to share the house with. You will be living with the landlady and another female lodger , along with the lodgers cat Kizzy.

The house is central and an easy walking distance to Brighton train station and the town centre. It’s a very quiet and attractive neighbourhood that has a great relaxed family feel with a sense of community spirit. We are not a party house but we certainly enjoy a glass or wine or two .

All bills are included and you will have the use of all facilities like a quality Washing machine , dishwasher and tumble dryer .

The house becomes part of Artists Open Houses , so there is a small reduction in rent in May and Dec.
