Female wanted for room in friendly flat

I'm looking for a friendly female to join me in my beautiful flat in a 1930s semi. I'm looking for a short let of up to 3 months, but this can be negotiable.

The flat is in a superb residential location. Nearby (within 2-8 minutes walk) are the sea, Hove Lagoon, Wish Park, Portslade Station, the cafes, bars and shops of the High Street, and frequent buses into the city centre.

The room itself is bright and sunny, and comes ready furnished, with a garden view.

You'll have shared use of the bath/shower/toilet. as well as a second separate toilet, along with one other flatmate.. The kitchen and living room are shared.

All bills are included and there is ample residents' parking available with a council permit.

I'm looking for someone who's a working professional and a non-home worker, someone friendly, tidy and who enjoys a quiet home.

Just so you know a bit about me - I'm in my early 60s and enjoy dancing, yoga, self development, art, friends, family, going out to dinner... etc.
