Single room in nicely furnished flat

1 single room available in a large comfortable, bright apartment close to Hove Station and Park, ten minutes walk to Hove Lawns and the seafront. Nicely decorated and furnished, comfortable and cosy with wardrobe and drawer space. The newly fitted shower room will be shared between two people. We have a large nicely furnished living room with flatscreen tv and Netflix + Virgin fibre optic Broadband.
We are occasional live in landlords but like to travel and will be away for the next 6 months and perhaps longer. We have Millie, a small, very old dog who is quiet and now sleeps most of the time. She will, of course, be travelling with us.

You will be sharing the apartment with 2 really nice females in their late 20s who each have their own room.

This is not a party house but a comfortable place to come home to after a hard day at work. You would have your own space in the kitchen which is equipped with all mod cons, i. e. Dishwasher, washing machine, drier etc.
We are looking for people who want a really nice home and will look after it.
