Flat mate needed, Palmeira Square

Am reactivating this ad as filled the spare room in Nov but now my other flatmate is sadly moving out end of feb! . :(

Looking for a flatmate- preferably female, but males also considered- and preferably age 30 plus. Current tenants- myself, Emma, 39 and Miles, 27.
Both super chilled out, really friendly, , and like to keep the place clean. Looking for somebody the same. Professionals only, no party animals and no students!

We’re in the beautiful, prime location of Palmeira Square, close to both Hove shops, cafes and restaurants, a 10 min walk to town, and a stones throw from Hove lawns/beach.

The room is a good size double; unfurnished. There is also a roomy cupboard where you will have plenty of storage space. The bedroom overlooks the picturesque square and sea!

Good size shared kitchen with all the mod cons, and bathroom with shower over bath., shared living area and additional handy ‘laundry area’!

With bills we typically pay less than £550 a month, which is very cheap for the area.
