I have two rooms in the same house, available from mid August would suit professional or mature student.

Also large double same floor. Both these rooms are gorgeous and very quiet. Big multiple windows. Kitchen is really spacious fully equipped. Shared bathroom and separate toilet. Over the hill and you are in the centre of town.


The rooms have dual aspect very high ceilings and original fireplaces.

There is a separate utility room with a washing machine, separate toilet and bathroom. Use of living room.

This area is very quiet and only 10 minutes walk to town or Brighton or Hove Station.

Would suit female postgraduate students or professionals.


I have my space in the loft but hardly there because of work in London, I am a researcher.
