There is a Large kitchen with the usual amenities washing machine, no dryer, 4 gas hobs, microwave though NO use of oven. and with the facilities of a shower room, there is a living area which is also used for group meditation . This is a sanctuary and needs to be respected.

This would suit a person who works full time during the day out to office or place of work and who appreciates a peaceful atmosphere, who practices meditation who is aware of his inner journey , mindful, thoughtful on saving energy, looking for a gentleman over 34 years
no smoking , Am looking for a respectful, honest, reliable , clean , tidy and easy to get on with, A person also who has only a few things, am looking for a gentleman sharer, this is no smoking and alcohol free flat.

it is situated a short two minute walk to Hove station and easy access on buses into Brighton,

you would be sharing with just one other person, am very active , retired, my hobbies are meditation yoga, walking on the Downs, reading, I am semi vegetarian , am also an amateur artist and have painted my hallway with all different murals, its unusual, some people might find it different. The shared living room is used for meditation and reading.
