Hi, I'm Andria. This is a lovely, bright large loft conversion room on its own floor so therefore very private. It has its own ensuite bathroom. The room is in a lovely quiet spacious semi detached house.
The house is near all amenities, Hove Park and bus route. There is off-street parking and a garden.
The other occupants are myself and my two children 12 and 17 who live with me sometimes. They are well behaved and love to chat.
It is a quiet house at night and we all go to bed by 10.30-11 so I am looking for a quiet, considerate housemate who has similar sleeping habits to us but who is also sociable
Would suit a professional and Masters/PHD student
We have a shi tzu dog called Rosie who is very affectionate and non moulting.
Happy to consider other dogs although non-moulting is preferable
Night shift patterns not accepted sorry and looking for a female house mate.
