Heart of Hove, One double room available

We currently have one double room available from the 16th of April (However, the date can be moved earlier if it is necessary.) in the three bedroom flat that we are currently renting on Wilbury Grove in Hove.

The flat itself is a split level flat with three double rooms, separate fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate WC.

The flat is positioned on a friendly Grove in the centre of Hove. Church Road is a short two minute walk away, where local amenities can be found. The seafront/ Hove lawns are also only a short five minute walk away. The three of us work full time and due to this being a street with a lot of families, we sadly won't be looking for anyone who wants to party during the week. However a trip to the pub always goes down well!

Close to gyms, yoga studios, supermarkets, coffee shops and 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop.    

We are looking for housemates who are sociable, easy going and tidy! Our interests include music, cooking, travelling etc so it would be nice to find someone who has similar interests to us and fits in well with day to day life!

Room is furnished but you can also bring your own stuff if you’d wish!
