Something different here!!

We are looking for a friendly, chilled tenant or couple who LOVE animals. Based near the Grenadier in Hove in a modern chalet bungalow on a beautiful quiet road with a south facing, suntrap garden (essential for sun basking and BBQs)
We are pretty laid back, husband and wife live in landlords with a super cute sausage dog and fluffy indoor cat.
wardrobes, desks, office chairs and beautiful views. This is available for longer term lets.
We are happy to share cooking if you like to cook! We have a lovely big kitchen and living area that we are happy to share :)
We are looking for someone clean, responsible and trustworthy!
Also we occasionally smoke but this is always outside! Never inside!
We are not party animals, we enjoy our early nights but we know how to have fun too!!!
We would ideally love to rent all of upstairs as we live downstairs and rarely go up there. Please note at present it is part furnished to include desks/wardrobes/shelves and a Futon/Sofa. A bed will be required due to the current tenants bringing their own so had to dispose of ours. If would prefer to bring a few other bits of furniture to make it more your home then anything is possible for a longer term let.
