1 small double lodger room, Females preferably!

Hi! I have one room available in my flat from the This Tuesday (25th May) for lodgers (I’ll be the live in landlord).
It’s “cosy” but on the plus side is west facing and gets a lot of light throughout the day! As does the Separate lounge.
Has a bed thats staying, at the moment the other furniture is Included as well, though your welcome to replace this with your own (minus the bed!). I’ve had my small double bed, a double wardrobe and large 5 drawer chest of drawers in there and been comfortable (In the galaxy room).

(Please note the final photo is just to show what it looks like with a large wardrobe and drawers and so you can see the drop down desk from the bed, it doesn’t currently have a wardrobe or large drawers! Only a small three drawer bedside table, two drawer drawers and a hanging rail a mirror, there is also under bed storage).

£465 a month and that includes all the bills. Really good location right by St Ann’s Well Gardens.
Bonus if you can deal with spiders as I am terrified!
Near to tesco express and Sainsbury’s on western road.
No parking included but free in the area after 8pm and on Sundays. (I do have use of a parking space in the basement car park that isn’t currently being used so there’s is the potential for using that for the time being)

I am a 30 year old female, and this is my parents flat but as they have moved away, I will be the live in landlord. I can be flexible with how long you want the room for :)

The other Lodger is lovely and friendly and has been here since August 2020.

We occasionally hang out together and play games or have a drink or dinner together but mostly we do our own things. It’d be nice to have someone around who also likes the occasional hang out but is happy to do their own thing.

A bit more about me, I am a makeup artist and work as a supervisor at a restaurant.
I like to socialise, go on adventures, go to the pub and travel and play DND. I’ve been told I am a “cool nerd” haha. I also have days of binge watching a show on Netflix like nobody’s business!
I love dogs more then life But sadly don’t currently own one. I’m not vegetarian or vegan at the moment but I have been both in the past and do regularly eat vegan meals, So I guess I’m Flexitarian!
