Massive double bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat

The flat is in a great location, it is 5 minute walk to the train station, 10 minute walk to the beach and also 5 minute walk into George street. It would take you about 30 minutes to walk to Brighton centre.
The flat has a shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Both bedrooms are big and can easily fit a double bed , wardrobes, desk and still have space and The kitchen is fully furnished.
I am looking for a professional (doesn't work from home) who is quite chilled and do their own thing, However, I would also like them to be sociable and easy for me to get on with them, so we can go out for a drink etc.
I am a teacher and moved to this flat 2 years ago and still love the flat . Any questions, please let me know.
