Description
(Couples/friends preferred, but singles are good too!
Rent is as follows:
Single person: £660, bills included.
Couples: £460 per person, bills included [rent split evenly into 3 parts])
This is a beautiful flat located near 2 different bus stops (2,5,7 bus lines), 10 minutes' walk from the seafront and beach huts, one road away from the shops in George Street, 8 minutes' walking distance from Hove Train Station.
The house is close to many convenient shops and food places, charity shops, and the big Tesco is about a 10 minutes' walk away.
The flat has a very spacious kitchen, lounge and double room, as well as a toilet with shower. Your room is super spacious, and comes with a built-in set of shelves in its northern wall. A chest of drawers and a wardrobe will be staying in the room after the current housemates leave. You will also have 100% use of the lounge, as I pretty much never use it. You could redecorate it, make it your own, or even keep it as a room for guests! An armchair and a sofa that can turn into a bed are staying behind after the current housemates leave.
My own room is located above the rest of the flat, at a separate floor, approximately where the walkway is. It has an en-suite bathroom, so the toilet on the main floor is all yours! There is also a rather large storage space in my room that you're more than welcome to use.
I've lived here for more than 2 years with my friend who got engaged and married with someone who's moved in for about a year. Now they're buying a house and moving away, so I'd like to find some new people to take their place!
As for me, I'm a chef so I work long days. On my days off I just like to chill and watch films, series and play video games. I'd like to share this space with professional people who are chill but responsible, would love to watch a film together occasionally or anything like that, but if you want to keep to yourselves that's fine too. I hate to summon the old cliché quote, but "this is not a party house", I would need someone who's respectful of the neighbors and also myself (I sleep quite late anyway, but just don't want any trouble).
Text me to book a viewing, no calls unless otherwise agreed, as I probably will be working and won't be able to answer the phone. Looking forward to hearing from you!
