10 mins walk to Hove seafront with the best beaches and cafes;
variety of shops, including Post Office and cafes, only 2mins-5mins walk away; even a postbox is at the end of the road!

Friendly, easy going professionals who are quiet, clean, tidy, trustworthy, respectful of others' space and has interests outside of work, is preferred.
Any age but mature and independent, is preferred - and someone with not too much 'clutter' please. Move-in date and length of contract is flexible.
The landlord lives elsewhere. Friendly tenants who is living currently in the space and would expect the same in return.

Happy to have tenants who like to keep themselves to themselves if thats what they prefer. References will be required.

Parking permits can be applied for by the local council.
