A lovely double room for rent, in a top-floor, 3 bed apartment in Hove. We’d love a flatmate who is, like us, tidy and respectful (especially re. covid precautions), who’ll ultimately enjoy living in such a comfortable, peaceful flat.

We are 24 / 25 year old female mature students, studying Art History at Sussex uni and working part-time. We enjoy socialising but equally respect each other's privacy. We also enjoy cooking, arty stuff, films, dog-spotting around Hove...

Located along Western Rd, between Palmiera Sq and Lansdowne Place. 15 minute walk to Brighton town centre, with bus stops practically on the doorstep. Both Sainsbury’s local/ Tesco express are seconds away, as is the sea.

Opposite the advertised room is a spacious storage cupboard. 2 separate, modern bathrooms (with shower and bath), a big bright living room and kitchen with sea view, integrated appliances - and lovely wooden floors! Half of the fully-furnished living room is separated into ‘work space’. We study from home a lot now that the majority of our degree is taught online due to Covid-19. But being able to relax is as important and we’re looking forward to having a third person complete this easygoing set-up.

£532 p/m, (water included), electricity/ wifi bills average around £30 per month. (Excluding council tax if applicable) Available for move-in 18th December, contract to be signed on or before 18th November.
