Double Bedroom in an arty, warm home

Looking for a female lodger - initially short term (up to 6 months) but could be long term if it is a mutually compatible situation.

A large three-bedroom house with a small patio garden offers one double bedroom. The house also has a friendly 5-year-old dog called DJ. Dog lovers are a must.

I am a vegetarian and my daughter isn't, however, there is not much meat being cooked and would prefer it like that though I am open-minded and non-judgemental to those that eat meat. We prefer to live with somebody who would like to (at times) share meals and cooking - we enjoy healthy eating.

I research and teach design at several Universities and supervise master's students online. I mainly work from home and, on some days, in London. This arrangement will most likely not work if you are working from home full-time; however, it may be worth letting me know your situation anyway.
