Double Room to rent in nice 3 people house

I am about to travel to South America, which means I am looking for someone to rent my room from May 18th for at least 6 months (continuation of stay can be discussed).

The room is in the attic, it's very spacious and well isolated from the rest of the house (it has its own staircase). It comes furnished, with a table, a double bed, shelves and drawers. The house has a lovely living room, a spacious kitchen, and a good bathroom. The house is fully furnished so the smaller the possessions of the new flatmate the better, ideally. The house is located in a very quiet area, an amazing street to live in as the house is not on the main road. My flatmates, Marta and Oli, are probably the best people you are going to live with, they are very mature, funny, proactive, creative and respectful people. Rent includes council tax, bills, and broadband.

We are looking for a responsible person, who can socialize and also respect privacy if needed, with passion for whatever it is he/she is doing and who is also able to maintain the house tidy and clean. If you want to take the room you will live in a place where you can work in peace, surrounded by people who are going to make you feel at home at walking distance from a park, the train station, the sea and the city center.

As I don't know exactly when I am going to come back from my trip, this deal will require flexibility, Obviously, the extent of this flexibility will be discussed and agreed upon before departure.
