There is a bathroom with bathtub, shower, sink and toilet. A wet room, shower, toilet with sink. Then a third toilet with sink.

Bills are included. That includes gas, electric, council tax and fast broadband.

Located in Poets Corner of Hove there is everything on the doorstep. Great shops, bars, restaurants, gyms, the beach etc.

The house is close to Hove and Aldrington stations. You can be in London in an hour and central Brighton in a few mins.
It is short a walk to the beach, the south downs and a lovely stroll to Brighton centre along the seafront.
