Flat is Located in hove next to Brunswick park and beach just down the road, shops etc very local, 2 bedroom flat with spacious room. Current Tenant is moving out on the 26th of Feb 2021. WiFi

With all bills, cost comes to £765 per month, then the gas elec is due quarterly which we can split.

Spotlights across the entire flat. Good size bath and shower room. Big double fridge, washing machine, dishwasher. Nice size living room, not much happening in the living area as I don’t really have time to use it but will be making it more more homely.
