Rare opportunity in a sought after location. We have a double room available in central Hove, tucked away on a desirable cobbled mews. Just 5 minutes from the beach and Hove station.

We are all very friendly and considerate, tidy and respectful and would like someone who will fit in with this dynamic. We have a very loving small cockapoo who stays with us some of the time.
We are all quite active.

Everyone gets on extremely well, we are looking for someone to simply 'get along' with everyone, just basic social politeness and courtesy, everyone likes to chat and sometimes eat together, also personal space and quiet time is highly valued.

The flat is fully kitted out; Microwave, TV, Wi-fi, Fridge Freezer, etc, we have it all. Bedrooms however are unfurnished!

We are walking distance to amenities, bars and restaurants.

We live in a friendly street which has a great community spirit in it!

Zone N permits are available on request. 5-10 minute walk to Hove station and buses available at the bottom of the road.

We would ideally like a housemate between 28-40 age bracket, no couples, children or pets sorry, The house is non smoking.

Rent is £530, Bills are £130 a month all included (wifi, netflix, gas, electricity, council tax...)
