A friendly, easy going professional who is quiet, clean, tidy, trustworthy, respectful of others' space and has interests outside of work, is preferred.
Any age but mature and independent, is preferred - and someone with not too much 'clutter' please. The landlord lives elsewhere. A friendly tenant who is living currently in the space and would expect the same in return.

Happy to have tenants who like to keep themselves to themselves if thats what they prefer. References will be required.
