Just like so many others, I’ve been impacted by COVID-19 and unfortunately have to move out last-minute of this absolutely stunning flat. It’s a Victorian-style row home split into two flats - ours is the upper! My room is also the largest and looks out onto the street, and the photos don’t do it justice: the room is absolutely massive! Also included is a similarly large communal bathroom & living room, both of which you will share with only two people. The kitchenette and utility room are tiny but well-stocked.

Because I have to move out suddenly, most amenities are included. The bedroom comes with a desk, chair & shelves that I brought and will be leaving behind, so perfect for professionals and students alike working from home. You also won’t have to pay any bills - only rent!

The house is situated in Hove, and is less than a two-minute walk away from both the station and bus stop into town and connecting areas. Walking into Brighton centre will take you about 25 minutes and it’s about half an hour to the seafront.
