I have an available room in a nice, quiet, homely comfortable house, usually filled with international students during summer periods, however only one at present due to C19.

Residential treelined road with free on street & off road parking.
Located in Hangleton at the foot of The Devils Dyke, it is an area of outstanding natural beauty and plenty of greenery, yet only a 10 minute drive to Brighton City centre or a direct bus route in 25 mins.
Locally there are: corner shops, parks, take away venues, necessities such as Dentist, Vets, doctors.
Located high above sea level with great views of dawns and sunsets.. Large south-facing garden.
Common pets accepted, a previous Cat owner myself, the house has no pets currently.
Live in mature Landlord, easy going and want a relaxed professional housemate to join my calm and peaceful home.
There is no communal areas within the house however there is a large south facing garden with plenty of wildlife to be submerged in.
