The newly room is bright, clean and warm. The room has its own bathroom. The room is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, desk/chair and chest of drawers.
There is a kitchenette shared with another person which has a small fridge, microwave, sink, kettle and toaster.
The washer dryer is in the family utility room can also be used.
The rest of the house is occupied by a working family comprising 2 parents and 3 children (13 18 and 24)
Please note as this is a family home, the living space available is limited to the top floor as described above so would suit a female professional person or a mature student
