Large Double Room

I'm subletting a large double room in my 2 bed flat, for £700pcm, bills included, with a £525 deposit.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and 2x4 IKEA Kallax unit. There is a private parking space, shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. There's WiFi, and a WiFi extender in the room.

I have 2 small dogs, so please bear that in mind! Ideally, I'd like to find someone who's willing to take them out for a short walk occasionally when I'm at work. Small pets (or even large reptiles) are OK. But, any cat or dog will only be allowed if my dogs get on with it.

The flat is in a great location, just off of Dyke Road. The landlord is incredibly responsive to maintenance issues.

I'm in my mid 20s and a full time support worker. I'm a fairly easy going person, and in no way a clean freak. I like to do a lot of cooking and baking, and habitually make too much, so you'll often be fed. I like to socialise, and you'll be welcome to have friends round (sorry BoJo), but I also don't want the place to turn into party city.
