Beautiful large windows- very light bedroom. Features a beautiful fire place (non-working) which adds charm to the room.

You will be downstairs in the property and have the ground floor mostly exclusively to yourself. There is a bay window snug with seating area and piano which you are welcome to use. Lovely area for reading or artistic hobbies etc..

There is a bathroom with a large bath and shower over the bath, and a separate toilet next door to the bedroom.

Upstairs features a large shared kitchen with a breakfast bar seating area, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and oven etc.

The shared living room is a very large, cosy area with a fireplace, two large sofas, coffee table as well as a dining table which is also suitable to work at (desk chair included). There's also a smart-TV with Netflix, Amazon, Spotify etc included.

There is a large balcony which gives you sea views, great for watching sunsets and the downs can be seen from here. Great area for smoking if you are a smoker, nice in the summer.

Wonderful location, 10 mins walk from beautiful Preston park, 5 mins from Preston park train station for good links to city and London etc. 15 mins walk from the vibrant 7 dials where you will find everything you could need- coffee shops, cafes, co-op, sustainable supermarket, bakeries etc etc.
