Hi, I’m Ryan.

I have just moved into a new house and am looking for someone to share with :)

I’m 29, about to turn 30. I have a dog called Frank, so liking dogs is a bit of a must. I like going out and seeing friends, going on long dog walks and generally just hanging out with people that I know.

The house is a 2 bedroom maisonette, with 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitted out kitchen, good sized living room and a shared garden. The house is currently being decorated which I am expecting to take a couple of weeks, but otherwise is ready to go.

Broadband all up and running, bills included in rent.

I’m looking for someone who is sociable and will spend time in the living room and not just just sit in their room, that also appreciates their own time and space. I work shifts and when I’m on nights at the hospital I’d like whoever moves in to be happy to take frank out for a wee before bed and is happy to take him for the occasional walk.
