Hi everyone, my name is Zlatina, and I'm looking for a female flatmate (similar age to me) to share this bright and airy top-floor flat in the heart of Hove.
If you're looking for a place that feels like a real home, this might be the perfect fit! I've lived here for a couple of years and absolutely love the warm, cosy vibe.
The Room: This is a huge east-facing double room that gets lots of natural light! It comes with two built-in wardrobes, giving you plenty of storage. It's unfurnished, but my current flatmate is selling her furniture (in excellent condition!), so you could easily move right in (prices available upon request).
The Flat: This flat is a fantastic space with a large, light-filled living room with incredible sunset views, perfect for relaxing after a long day. You'll even have your own dedicated nook with a built-in desk if you work from home. We have beautiful wooden floors throughout, a spacious kitchen with tons of storage, and a separate toilet and bathroom (with a shower over the bath).
We're right in the heart of Hove, so everything you need is on your doorstep: cafes, shops, supermarkets, and amazing transport links (Hove station is a 5-minute walk, and the bus stop is at the top of the road). The beach and Hove Lawns are just a short stroll away!
About Me: I'm a 34-year-old professional working for a Brighton-based organisation. I’m in the office 1-2 days a week and work from home the rest. I love yoga, exercise, cooking, a bit of baking, travelling, culture, art, and I'm trying to be more sustainable.
I'm hoping to find someone who's respectful, tidy, and would love to make this space our home; and who's up for socialising/doing things together from time to time.
