Double bedroom in lovely, large 3 bed flat

Our flat is in Wick Hall, a nice low rise 1920s block. It contains a large lounge and dining room, leading to the balcony which overlooks the block's private gardens, a good size kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. The flat is furnished but the room itself is unfurnished.

The room available is a small double, with enough space for all the essentials. It comes with a tall cupboard for extra storage, located just outside the room, and has a deep windowsill that is a great spot to watch the world go by.

We're a quiet, friendly and considerate household. We like to chat over a cup of tea and sometimes eat dinner together. We're very respectful of each other's space. We're pretty clean and tidy and have a regular cleaner for the shared spaces.

You’d be living with two women. We've enjoyed it being an all-female flat, so our ideal new flatmate would be a another woman in her thirties or forties, who is looking for a place to call home rather than just a room.

We’re sorry but our landlord doesn’t allow students or consider tenancies of less than six months.

The block is centrally located in the Brunswick area of Hove, just 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the centre of Brighton and 20 minutes walk to either Brighton or Hove stations. The pretty St Ann’s Well Gardens is just across the road.
