Large double room with ensuite bathroom in newly refurbished home available from mid september . Shared use of Kitchen, laundry room and garden. You would be sharing with me - I am a garden designer/Gardener. My two boys also stay here 50% of the time (they are 11 and 14), and I often stay at my partners house when they are not here. It is a peaceful, quiet and large space. All bills included. I would consider a Monday to Friday let. If 2 people the rent would be £1200pcm.
