Double bedroom in central hove

Recently decorated and furnished double bedroom available from Saturday 19 July, in a large and spacious 3-bed maisonette in central Hove, to share with a professional couple (an Accountant and Carpenter) and our small dog.

Located moments from both Hove station and George Street shops, with the seafront only a few minutes’ walk away and many great cafes, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. Alternatively, Central Brighton is within easy reach. Parking is available on the street outside (a permit is required but there is currently no waiting list).

We are looking for a clean and tidy, considerate, friendly and motivated working professional. As one of us is WFH, we are looking for someone who does not (so no full time WFH or hybrid working) to share our home with us and our small dog.

We also require a non-smoker / non-vaper (which includes outside / in the garden). Also no couples or pets.

The room is on the half landing at the back of the house overlooking the garden, with a separate toilet next to the room then our office / spare room separating you from our bedroom.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, hanging rail wardrobe, chest of drawers, cubed shelving unit and mirror.

All bills (including WIFI) are included as well as full shared use of the living / dining room, kitchen, main bathroom, 2 separate toilets and our lovely sunny south facing raised decked area and garden.

There is also an additional en-suite shower room in the property so there is never any queues for the bathroom.
